4. Third-Party Services We Use

Data is processed securely through Harrison’s platform and used only for assessment and feedback purposes in agreement with the individual or client organisation
All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only in line with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.
5. International Transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Mailchimp and Zoom) may store or process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, to protect your data.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
We rely on different lawful bases depending on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it is used:
– Consent – When you opt in to receive marketing communications, complete an assessment, or register for an event, we process your data based on your explicit consent. You can withdraw this at any time.
– Contract – If you or your organisation engages us for training, coaching, or consultancy, we process personal data as necessary to deliver those services and fulfil our contractual obligations.
– Legal obligation – We may process data to meet legal requirements, such as tax or accounting records.
– Legitimate interests – We may process your data to support our business activities, such as maintaining relationships, responding to enquiries, tracking service use, or improving our offerings — provided these do not override your fundamental rights.
7. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, contractual, or reporting obligations. We apply the following retention periods:
– Client and project data: Retained for up to 10 years from the last meaningful contact or completion of services. This supports long-term client relationships, repeat engagements, and legal recordkeeping.
– Assessment data (e.g. Harrison Assessments): Retained for up to 10 years, unless earlier deletion is requested. This supports ongoing development tracking and future reference.
– Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
We regularly review the data we hold and securely delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.
