I gained a profound understanding of why I think and lead. That self-awareness transformed my performance and my entire team’s accountability. Tom’s approach to coaching has allowed me to question my own inner beliefs and demons in a safe environment and his respectful and considered approach has allowed me to be extremely open with him and also myself. Understanding traits within the Harrison Assessment has opened me to see what I previously considered detrimental traits to be favourable with the right balance through amplification of others. The team in which I now work has gained accountability and responsibility with tasks and the ongoing journey is something everyone within it and myself have truly valued. My personal journey over the months has been profound and I can only hope I continue to practice what I have learnt. As a team, performance has also changed for the better and the 1% gains and personal commitments are ongoing. I was excited to welcome Tom as our keynote speaker during a graduation plenary session.
